      If you have an English accent, you'll get promoted quickly. People recognize the name on the resume, but have no idea what you do

      Cons

      -2600 Layoffs announced this year -Lost 7 paid holidays last year -Tuition reimbursement was promised but doesn't actually exist, depending on department director -Constant management org changes, not exaggerating -No engines designed in Indy anymore -A dying site -Salary will drop to around 90-92% of industry average for "high performers", less for average people. Ask for your comp ratio

      Good development opportunities. Able to move very freely across different departments and functions

      Cons

      Big corporate - so can get "lost" in the crowd. Project managers/ non tech managers valued more than technical experts
