Pros

Direct leadership is interested in helping you grow and progress in your career. Benefits are industry standard.

Cons

A lot of growing pains with trying to shift from a hardware manufacturer to a trusted SaaS and IaaS provider in the OT space. Executive leadership has seemed absent to the front lines over the last 2-3 years while changing comp to pay as little as possible. This is causing a lot of great talent to find positions elsewhere

Pros

Work/Life Balance is good Pay is decent for mid-career transfers Immediate team/people easy to get along with

Cons

Struggling in competitive core product, always a few years behind in product development which inhibits ability to compete. The pricing process on products is horrible, requiring many layers of approval and lacks local market intelligence to take share from competitors. Failing at deployment of acquired software companies, lack of vision related to GTM strategy. Engineer & Sales Field support resources have been thinned, due to wall street pressure, this has created massive gaps in coverage surrounding large customer base in North America. Promotes based on DEI, not metrics, this compliments lack of vision, and decreases the opportunity for internal growth for true top performers. Internal culture is missing “sense of urgency”, many employees just seem to not care. Onboarding is basically non existent, internal reporting systems are vast, outdated, and slow. Internal data pulls should not be complicated!

Pros

. The only pro is, Company's Reputation in the market for its products an service to customer. . Add weight in your resume.

Cons

. Unprofessional behavior from all levels, from management to interns. The workplace feels like a high school with no respect or maturity. . No opportunities for personal or professional growth. Any self-initiated learning is mocked publicly. . Public shaming and harassment by managers. Personal and confidential matters are shared loudly, creating a toxic atmosphere. . No salary hikes or financial growth for 3 years (2024, 2025, 2026). Stagnation is the norm. . HR is ineffective and easily dominated by managers. Bringing up issues only results in retaliation. . Basic work tools like headphones or a mouse require multiple follow-ups and approval. Even equipment breakdowns are blamed on employees. . Overtime work is expected without compensation, and extra hours cannot be logged or reimbursed. . No respect for personal time, with constant pressure to work outside normal hours without recognition.
