      Worst Training Program for new Joinees, Less Salary, Incentive and bonus is not given as given in CTC leading to false promise. Growth very slow.

      Rockwell as a company treats employees, contractors equally, has decent work-life balance. Has learning opportunities through online options supported by the company.

      Cons

      depending on the business unit/team you work for, for example IAM (Identity and access management), the U.S. director who leads it is financially currupt and does his level best to create a toxic work culture. No career growth for India team members, recognition limited to only those who agree on working as blind followers. Ideas are not appreciated or encouraged.
