      No pros I can think of.

      Cons

      If you’re new, don’t expect much guidance—management tends to leave you to figure things out on your own. You’ll still need to work closely with distributor account reps, even when they have completely different approaches or personalities. Instead of helping you adapt and succeed, management often seems incapable of resolving issues and is more focused on demanding results than providing support.
