      Excellent hardware install base to leverage

      Cons

      Trying to pivot to SaaS but just can't after many acquisitions. The performance of these acquisitions is hidden in the numbers. Too big to keep up w/smaller nibble SaaS companies. CRO and Regional Presidents from outside the company are ego driven and condescending.

      Pros

      Decent Pay. Bonus hardly ever hit target, and if it does, next year it will not.

      Cons

      Shadow Layoffs. Very political. Dated development processes. 5 years behind on the next controller. 90 hour weeks were not uncommon as a release comes up. Work from home is not REALLY supported.

      nice building and offices good salary good life balance

      Cons

      poor upper management no good planning new plans every few years to try something new to get better layoffs for new structure every 5-years or so there is no building on top of previous plans, just complete revamp their position in the industry is so well ahead of others that they can keep failing to plan and still make a lot of money -- but it's not good for the engineers & managers who want to grow their careers
