      Global experience (good & bad) Good pay 401K plan is adequate Company is stable and will be for a long time

      Cons

      Terrible work/life balance Benefits terrible - negotiate for more pay!! Leadership makes decisions behind closed doors despite very smart and talented employees Not a fun place to work anymore

      its amazing that it is still in business. Are we still in the 1970's?

      Pros

      Don't have to think much. not a lot of progress at the company. Same old, same old...If you are not in upper management, then you probably have an easy time getting out by 3:30pm, because it does not appear that lower level people are expected to do that much, or held to a high standard.

      Cons

      Poor management, lack of financial measurement and discipline in the system. Run by old boys club that is neither that talented, or connected with each other

      Pros

      Considerable installed base and brand reputation. Loyal customers and global accounts mostly in the automation business.

      Cons

      Rockwell is continuously loosing the culture that once made this company a great place to work. With all the SaaS acquisitions there has been portfolio additions that are limited and don't really serve Rockwell's addressable market and also additions of new leaders coming from the acquired companies. These new leadership are ego driven and have created a very toxic environment. It is sad to see good and valuable people leaving the company very frequently just because of this.
