Thank you for your feedback. I agree that Rockwell Automation has great people and a great culture. We have a long history of success that we are proud of and continue to build upon. The headquarters building is a unique piece of our history dating back to 1903. It has developed over time to house many labs, development areas, employee spaces, manufacturing and much more. We have invested each year and even were just recognized by the Milwaukee Business Journal as one of the “Coolest Offices in Milwaukee” based on the many features we offer employees in our headquarters campus. We do recognize that we have much of the Milwaukee Headquarters needs updating and renovating. It will always be a challenge for us to keep our 3 million + square foot campus upgraded as quickly as we like while balancing our investment in product development, technology, sales and marketing, and other business aspects. However, we do have ongoing plans for renovation across the campus. We are very interested in employee input regarding these developments. Thanks for taking the time to provide your perspective. We strive to achieve a workforce that reflects the communities where we live and work, and as you’ve noted, we're not there yet. The good news is that our leaders are committed, and our overall progress in representation of women globally and people of color in the U.S. has been increasing year over year. Progress is stronger in some departments than in others – we continuously look to leverage where we have had success, and address areas where we have opportunities to improve.
