      High on ethics Flexibility for work/life balance Competitive salaries Management seems to really care

      Cons

      Slow on promotions Use to be above average on health care benefits, now they are ok to just be status quo Seem to be moving more to emphasis on bottom dollar at the expense of maintaining good human resources

      good exsposure to products and customers.only TC for malaysia and the only tech experienced person for rockwell automation malaysia

      The Malaysia sales is not promising as any other european or US market.cost driven customers

      Pros

      Great product portfolio. Allen-Bradley is one of the best PLCs. Flexible work arrangement. Good perks such as car allowance (for Singapore employees), broadband and mobile phone subsidy. Medical benefit is just average.

      Cons

      Employees in technical positions are not much valued by the management. Working environment doesn't give you a conducive feel. High position managers and not very friendly.
