Pros

Free coffee and cake for birthdays/anniversary celebrations

Cons

No work life balance, management will get angry if you leave for lunch or take any personal time off even if you use vacation days. Upper management is so disconnected from the day to day, however when they come to visit everyone dresses up and acts professional. Upper management also thinks cursing and yelling at employees or threatening them is the best way to motivate. The do it or else we'll find someone who will mentality is very real. The turnover in this place is crazy. If someone has made it a year, that is considered a long tenure. Most leave after 6 months or are fired. They fire employees without any warning and at the drop of a hat and then laugh about it later. Firing an employee and over 100% turnover is a direct reflection of a failure in management.

Pros

-Travel (if you don't mind dropping everything at a moments notice). You can get tons of hotel points and frequent flier miles (if you don't mind fronting the cost for them). -Coworkers have a common sense of being screwed so they find comfort in shared misery.

Cons

-Impossible to get timely paid for work without jumping through hoops. -They lure you in with descent pay, then WHAM, force a salary significantly lower than industry standard. Anyone accepting a full time position takes a significant financial hit (I would have lost over 60% of my income). -Management protects and promotes poor performers. You end up cleaning up their mess most of the time. -Administrative staff oblivious and unhelpful. -Most people are completely unqualified for their roles. -Non-compete clause basically prohibits working in the industry for a year (within 50 miles of any office). -Top-heavy organization. -Frequent droughts of work.

Pros

Decent work life balance. Got a strong back bone while working for this company. Other than that I am not able to think of any pros.

Cons

Management never seems to care that employees are being bullied. They do not take things like bullying / slandering seriously. Micro managing, and turn over like no other. Unless you like being pushed around and belittled, I would not recommend this company.
