      Good Experience at Robert Half Management Resources

      Pros

      Good placement at an accounting/finance consulting job that fully utilized my skills and added to my professional experience. Reasonable pay Free continuing education opportunities.

      Cons

      Temporary assignment. No benefits. Considerable off time between assignments. There is more demand for technical accountants with SEC, Sarbanes Oxley, and public experience than for professionals with financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting experience.

      Pros

      For contract work the staff at Robert half were professional and courteous. The payment for work was prompt and the recruiter did a good job of keeping me informed of full and contract work that they had. The company would provide some vacation pay if you have worked so many hours within a specified timeframe.

      Cons

      The work is temporary so the at the end of the contract, you turn into a pumpkin if you do not have any other contract or full time work lined up.

      Pros

      Great comp. plan. Competitive environment. If you enjoy sales and have a knowledge of accounting and finance then it is a perfect opportunity.

      Cons

      Long hours. Pretty stressful work environment. Being micromanaged on a day to day basis.That is sales though so you should know what you are getting into.
