      Extremely disorganized, division directors were very unprofessional. Catty work environment.

      Pros

      Brand name recognition - the company is a giant in the staffing industry. Clients (law firms and in-house legal departments) felt they were in good hands thanks to the reputation the company has.

      Cons

      Division Directors (basically managers) were very unprofessional and petty. Totally disorganized and this translated to a lack of motivation at the Account Executive level. The job itself can be pretty grueling - no matter how you cut it, it's still telemarketing.

      Pros

      Working for the company has been an overall great experience, I've had great experience being able to grow and take on more responsibilities.

      Cons

      It's a typical corporate culture environment. It would be great if they had a better work life balance.

      Pros

      TCG is a great company to work for. You are rewarded for your hard work, both financially and with recognition and awards. For instance, top producers from around the world are flown to a huge event annually (held in Vegas the past few years) for an all-expenses-paid trip to recognize their hard work. Great clients. Solid management team.

      Cons

      Technology is a bit out-dated, but they're working on that. Loging in remotely isn't as easy as it should be. Work space is very "corporate" and doesn't present at all like the creative environments of most of our clients. The hours are long and depending on the office, there can be inflexibility.
