Pros
TCG is a great company to work for. You are rewarded for your hard work, both financially and with recognition and awards. For instance, top producers from around the world are flown to a huge event annually (held in Vegas the past few years) for an all-expenses-paid trip to recognize their hard work. Great clients. Solid management team.
Cons
Technology is a bit out-dated, but they're working on that. Loging in remotely isn't as easy as it should be. Work space is very "corporate" and doesn't present at all like the creative environments of most of our clients. The hours are long and depending on the office, there can be inflexibility.
