      Wrong place to be during the Great Recession

      Pros

      Compensation was good. Sales training was great (IF you got it). Professional offices in Class A buildings.

      Cons

      Company's net income was reduced by 90% during 2008. Company staff was jettisoned at alarming rates. HIGH turnover! Company just wanted warm bodies in the seats, and you better pull a miracle in the first 30 days or bye bye.

      A good experience, and gives you an idea of the type of perm. employer you are looking for - shows you are adaptive to new situations, environments etc.

      Cons

      more communication and follow up from employees would be nice - reviews and performance indicators would be a real benefit
