      Pros

      A great place to work. People are focused and on their game. Very good team building and playing amongst teams.

      Cons

      As with any large enterprise corporation, there are many layers of approval and accountability. Not a place where decisions are made quickly.

      Pros

      One of the best companies in the buisness with excellent technology and well thought out processes. The size, scope and history of the company are helpful in making sales.

      Cons

      Can be a bit too detail oriented. Because of the size and complexity, the company is not always able to adjust quickly to the marketplace, and it does not vary enough from marketplace to marketplace
