      Pros

      RHT is a large, dynamic, publicly owned corporation with a large amount of resources and a competitive company culture. There are no limitations on commissions and bonus' and execution is the primary focus of its recruiting and sales teams.

      Cons

      The activity metrics can be brutal in a tough economy and may require an individual who is developing their book of business to work 12 hour days on a regular basis during the first year.

      Lots of turn over and they tend promot high sales performers into managment positions and don't take the time to teach them how to be managers

      The rules are simple, work hard. Gain the results as told to you. You will receive lots of training and guidance if you're in good team because they will want you to succeed. But it's going to be very fast paced, so get ready for the ride! Management often will praise you for your good performance and is very straight forward about what needs to be done.

      Cons

      Because this is a very fast paced and competitive environment it is hard to be chubby with your co-workers, but try to be friendly, anyways.
