The management is very straight forward and outlines exactly what is expected of you and will ensure that you are guided to reach those goals. They will also demand that you work to achieve said goals and hold you accountable to the required efforts that it will take to meet or exceed these goals. The compensation and career growth is excellent and far better than any of the competitors in this space. This is certainly a pay for performance environment!
Cons
You will be asked to perform at a high level that will require constant effort. They look for people who want to be the best, beat the best, and be viewed as the best and will do whatever it takes to achieve these goals (within the ethical guidelines of business and while working in a team envirnoment). This is a high volume business, dealing with human capital which can be very volatile. Recruiting is a very competitive industry and requires strong minded business professionals to deal with the swings in the business. The rewards are well worth the effort as you achieve success though!
