Pros

Tremendous organization with great built-in DNA. Business is booming and the people here work together to get the job done. Great emphasis on promoting from within and retaining their excellent culture. This is a place you want to be if you love Human Capital Management, want to work hard, be well compensated, and have some fun.

Cons

As with any growing organization, our processes evolve and develop. Be ready for change.

Pros

I started my career at /N SPRO knowing little to nothing about SAP, Consulting or IT Professional services. The company gave me every opportunity to learn and develop the skills needed to succeed in the industry. Some of the pros of working here include: -Entrepreneurial DNA: You truly are more or less the master of your own destiny, and can largely choose how you want to grow/develop/learn within the organization -People and Collaboration: The people make the company. They are friendly, eager to share knowledge and advice, and very sociable. Not a lot of "silos" and "fiefdoms" in the organization, as everybody works together fairly well. -Clients and Opportunities: For a SMB company, you get to work with some of the biggest brands and companies in the world, and you get to do this from almost Day 1 of the job (with the appropriate support of course to make sure you aren't set up for failure). Don't expect to be just doing spreadsheets and administrative work...you'll be able to get your hands dirty quickly. -Corporate events: There are several interesting corporate events, including an annual company-wide trip each year, which is a great perk and the highlight of the calendar. -Flexibility: Lots of flexible work options, including remote work and work schedule accommodations for planned and unplanned occurrences.

Cons

-Work-Life Balance: The company is striving to make -Benefits and Vacation: The benefits package is basic. There have been some improvements over the years, but it could be better. -Travel and Expenses: The company manages this in-house, which can be overwhelming sometimes for the back-office. If you don't file your expenses on time, expect delays in reimbursement. -Initial Salary: offer may be lower than you'd like, but in general, it's usually in line with what the market will bear and your skill set. It is a meritocracy though, so if you work hard and let the company know what your expectations are, you'll likely be rewarded.
