Pros

The company culture is amazing: from the President and down the chain, it is like a big family where everyone tries to help each other, and keep positive. The company keeps winning big deals against the big-5 year over year, it gives a lot of pride and belief for the greater good… especially that everyone is working together to constantly improve and evolve. With that kind of growth, I've seen opportunities fulfilled for each top performers... I just love getting up in the morning & go to war with this team.

Cons

This is a challenging industry/job, aka no room for freeloaders nor for "heroes with egos". Working remote is effectively not for everyone (but still better than spending 3h a day in traffic)...

Pros

I started straight out of university. I was trained and put on projects that challenged me. During that time we were the pioneers in what we were doing. The CEO is great, he is truly approachable.

Cons

The organization is a SMB, who is a leader in the SAP SuccessFactors market in Canada. Growth in the organization is all smoke and mirrors. This is a tier 2 firm, been a manager or directors means nothing. You don’t really have full control on your direct reports. If you want to grow managerially, you will need to look elsewhere. Tier 1 firms don’t recognize the experience here as managers or Directors. Ask any of the tier 1 firms! Even past /N Spro employees, they them self will not recognize your managerial experience as it’s worth nothing more then a intrinsic motivator. If you want to lean the product, join them. But growth wise, it’s not the place . How many directors and managers can you really have for a company of 85 employees?
