Pros

Well I usually liked the music, that was pretty good. the friends your make there are always a laugh, and what get you through the day. And I can't really complain about receiving basically free clothes. To be honest overall it is easy money and one of the easiest jobs I've had.

Cons

Pressure from customers who are demanding, especially when in a big store like the Arndale, and especially when you are a boy who doesn't care much for ladies fashion but that's where you work. Without proper knowledge of the women's complicated world of fashion, it's pretty hard. I left because I moved to Spain, but could have worked there for a bit longer. I felt like there was no incentive whatsoever for me to travel to work. There was nothing (other than work mates) that made me want to carry on working there at all, so I left to find work closer to home. Moving from Uni to home is a right task as well, which in the end I decided it's just easier to work in the city when I moved home for Uni.

Pros

Easy to work around with cool people and outgoing people. They also offer great staff benefits including 28 days paid holiday per year and free seasonal clothing allowance.

Cons

Some managers are hard to deal with and they don't do much work which demotivate someone like me.
