fast paced, dynamic. Best fashion on the high street. Great opportunities for progression, the more you put in the more you get out of it. Hard work is definitely rewarded.

Cons

discount is limited, hard to achieve a work/life balance as rotas change with little or no warning due to needs of the business.

Great working environment for all employees, lots of opportunity to develop and progress, everyday is different and fast paced.

Cons

Benefits not the best, minimum wage for employees, no management training programme to support making the steps in to management.
