Growing business. Friendly environment. Good place to progress if in merchandising/ planning. Decent pay & benefits available. Family owned business .

Cons

The head office is located at Hanger Lane in west London . Even though canteen/ restaurant & Costa is in the office , it can be annoying to not be more central

Pros

The management were very friendly and I enjoyed working out back with the other employes.

Cons

Even though they were friendly the management were a little incompetent at time with bickering and favouritism being prevalent.

Good staff discount, and uniform allowance every 3 months fasssasssssssssssf

Cons

Managers are awful and treat you like a child, made stay after closing to clean the flour for up to an hour without pay.
