The company's presitigious brand all around the world offers a very good impression on my CV when choosing the next career step.

Cons

While the other compensations are fair enough, the salary itself is a bit lower than the average of the silmilar companies.

Pros

Endless opportunities to move forward or laterally within the company. Very hard to get fired once you have got through your probationary period.

Cons

Not great communication, but that is to be expected at the larger properties. Tips fluctuate greatly if you are at a seasonal property.
