Corporate theory of what should be is awesome.the level of service is great but that dedication should move towards line employees as well.

Cons

Reality is not corporate theory. There are obvious bias which should be noticed. There should never be an internal email asking you to refrain from commenting on racism regarding guests or employees.

it is a best company on the word how they are maintain and care of management for internal guest and external guest so we could achieving our goal to be the best resort in the word , with excellent service and facilities and better quality product and people

Cons

for a moment i don't have any downside during work as team of the Ritz Carlton all the duty are running well and all any opportunity on our duty has been done well
