Pros

great company benefits paid vacation traveling was easy with room rates.

Cons

I was with the company for 3 years.. everyday of the 3 years I was treated like a dog. even when I was pregnant. no respect what so ever for anyone. I finally left the company with a heavy heart but head held high.. if they didn't want you working there.. they found a way to get you out.. Dirty Dirty.

Pros

The culture is amazing. Great people and an environment that constantly allows you to grow and learn. Excellent Benefits On site meals provided They emphasis employee engagement always look to exceed standards for work environment.

Cons

The hours can get a little crazy during peak time but that is the nature of the business. Salaries are comparable to others in luxury hotels, but hospitality overall does not have the most lucrative salaries.
