Worldwide Recognition for 5 Star Luxury Service High Points for any future jobs knowing Ritz employment is on your resume as they don't hire just anyone to fill a position - you must excel in your job to maintain employment

Cons

Long Interview Process Work/Life Balance can be tough Strict policies and standards (this may have changed some over the years however)

Fantastic benefits. The clientele is mostly high end and grateful for the level of service

Cons

Incredibly long hours and ever changing staff. Most FD agents just see their position as a stepping stone so there is constant retraining.
