The people were great to work with. The training was phenomenal and Credo card provided a great base.

The cons of working there are the people who stay there are usually entitled.

The philosophy of "ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentleman" supporting the idea of an extraordinary customer experience makes you proud of working one of the gold standards in the industry

Cons

Salaries in the industry are inherently low. I was with the company , however , before the Marriott merger so benefits should have gotten better
