The company has great motto, and they stick to it. All the guests treats you with respect. Management and HR are highly professional.

Cons

Lower pay in Bahrain due to local pay rate.

The other employees are very friendly and you get free lunch during your 1/2 hour break

Cons

Management are unreceptive when you go to them for help. Going through the "chain of command" is useless and the open door policy means nothing if there isn't anyone there. If they want you gone, they will turn their backs on you when you go to them for help
