Salaries, work and life balance and diversity.

Cons

The Ritz Carlton that I work for had little space for grow at that same location but in the other hand if you want to relocate there is a lot of room to grow.

Great benefits, medical, dental, vision etc. Travel discounts for personal travel Positive culture, employees are empowered to create memorable and unique experiences for guests Great opportunities for career development and you can move up fairly quickly

Cons

work life balance was an issue at times not too many cons overall great place to work especially for any hospitality career
