Pros

The money is very good when you are working. There is an employee meal for all employees, some days it is better than other days.

Cons

The hotel is scaling back on all the services. They are closing the restaurants, club level and just the over all standards have dropped.

Pros

If you are a sharp, skilled, fast, and engaging employee you will enjoy it and make good money. If you are not, you will not be appreciated by those who are.

Cons

Low hourly pay, but with great tip potential. Long hours. The parent company Marriott International with their corporate edicts are not appreciated.
