Pros

Excellent customer service training, l lot of upward mobility and oppostunites to advance your career in hotel management. Lots of employees promoted in a short span of time .

Cons

management micromanages and is very tough on employees. Long hours of hard work. Must run and be in good shape. Always being watched by management and not given full empowerment.

Pros

The Ritz-Carlton is an amazing company to work for. They truly empower all of their employees and put their trust in you.

Cons

Like most hospitality jobs, you are working mainly weekends and a lot of holidays. Also, the pay is not quite what you might be looking for.

Pros

Great benefits, fellow co-workers are generally fun to work with, beautiful view

Cons

Property is falling apart, little money for repairs so employee compensation is not a priority, disguise growth and learning as an excuse not to pay experienced employees, pompous attitudes, interactions did not feel genuine, no communication, favoritism, heavy work load.
