Pros

Great training that is ongoing through employment, not just when you first start. Benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k match, heavily discounted rooms and food, stock discounts.

Cons

Very high turnover rate at my property due to location in the mountains. Felt like they did not try to keep staff but would instead just bring someone new one who would work a minimum or low wage. Made for constantly having to train new employees and deal with new managers. Hourly employees did not see raises and senior employees were held to higher standard with no extra pay.
