Pros

Good Life insurance benefits. Good employee discounts.

Cons

Owners don't give hardly any money to buy or update equipment that you need to basically do your job. HR is the office to support you. Work Life balance sucks. Company will not let anyone have Supervisors to help you run the operation. Salary is not that good. Back of house Is falling apart and is safety hazards everywhere. Work/Life/Balance does not exist because your can't have Supervisors to help assist in the operation so your have to work minimum 14 hour days. No support from GM and above. Finance department has no idea what they are doing and need a change in leadership there. Not enough payroll hours to run the operation so your budget is always in the red.
