Pros

Good atmosphere Good pay Great benefits Friendly employees Guaranteed salary increases so long as you're working hard Great place to advance a career in management

Cons

Lots of bureaucracy, it can sometimes be difficult to figure out who to get in touch with regarding questions you may have about something. Can be hard to advance in your career in something other than management as they have entry-level positions that dead-end after only a couple advances. Very large company, you often don't know who anyone is above your direct supervisor.

Pros

Good reputation in the industry. Diversified products. Clear vision. Balance between work and family. Fair in salary. Flexible working hours.

Cons

Too conservative which may result in missing opportunities sometimes. Not enough communications. Focus too much on one single product. Decisions are made not fast enough.
