Pros

Excellent salary and great benefits Great group of people to work with - most have been with the company for years. Doing a great job of keeping up employee morale and taking care of employees during difficult transition.

Cons

The Chicago office is closing by year end.

Pros

Pay is good, especially for Utah. Benefits are on par with similar organizations. Increasing opportunities for training and learning. Conservative company, but not antiquated (e.g. environmental concerns are taken seriously; everything from groundwater to global warming)

Cons

Everyone has their own way of doing things. Complete vertical integration, but communication up and downstream are not handled well.
