Employees have vast opportunities to grow and develop through secondments/ exchange programs. Vast talent pool allows for an exchange of ideas and best practice.

Pros

Great culture around safety and a lot of opportunities for growth in varying areas of the business. If you are willing to move around you can climb the rankings quickly and get a lot of great experience along the way. There are a lot of great people who you get to work with that have varying levels of experience to pass on.

Cons

Typical corporate structure. There is a lot of bureaucracy at each site where people are trying to build their empires.
