      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits for employees

      Cons

      Exceptionally poor systems and processes, which frustrate employees and leaders. Business claims it’s fantastic, but systems like AskHR are disgusting. They are slow, response is poor, result is often not what you request. The application of any common sense in relation to what you request is non exiting. Fellow leaders would literally slump in their chair when they knew that they had to use these systems to help their employees.

      Truly international company Some good people Desire to do the right thing Long and wonderful heritage

      Cons

      Politics are poisonous Top leaders are trying but uninspiring and not strategic Talent management is weak, ad hoc and not strategic Middle management is not trusted and bypassed Too much change, short term decisions and too many priorities Pay is lower than other major mining companies

      Constant fear of re-orgs and job instability; Poor upper management teams with too many people in upper management but not enough doing the actual work; Lack of transparency to outright lies when it comes to company decisions ;affecting jobs
