      No one knows anyone anymore

      Experience good if you find yourself somewhere that management actually know what they are doing Pay is competitive

      Cons

      The organisation has changed so many senior people that no one knows who does what any more. The new team don’t know the business basics Are yet so everything is highly politicized. The new operational hubs are a long way from operations and the top down centralisation can kill local initiatives.

      Pros

      Company only and only pays the good salary and nothing else. It only gives the boost to your salary package in the market. And yes variable payout is also decent. Else I was not able to find any pros about the company. I have faced the hard time with the company and it was very tough to spend 9 months in the organisation

      Cons

      Poor decision making at senior management level, very biased view towards the employees, no work life balance. They don’t value the resource as per the performance. Gone through a mental and emotional harassment at the company. Specially had a hard time to work with Australian HR team
