HQ leaders are incapable of making decisions. When you thing that you are finally there, their will either find a way to postpone the decision or hire a consultant to review everything again.

The contractors will do it.

Overboard safety. Terrible pay. Company housing leaks everything it rains and they won't fix it so my partner and I have to sleep in the lounge room. No upskilling. No training. No career development. Supervision is incompetent. Management is incompetent. This is where your career goes to die.
