Most toxic workplace

Pros

Money, commissions, nice team and professionals. Feeling of working for a luxury corporation

Cons

The glamour fades once you face the toxic management that consists of malicious and highly unhappy envious older women that hate any new young and ambitious girl in the team. They consciously sabotage the progress or growth of team members, do not celebrate your wins and tear the team down instead of lifting it up - especially girls. Therefore - no development or future growth cause they won’t support you in it. I went through hell and mobbing from team leads there. We were treated with harsh criticism and a management that was horrible. They thought it would motivate us but it was just bad. People with no proper professional backgrounds who became team leads - full of insecurities and toxicity. High turnover in the team because of people suffering with management - every month someone was leaving. This was the most toxic workplace I have had in my life.
