Pros

Facilities generally well equipped. Continued brand training available. Great company to advance into new positions with.

Cons

Recent changes to production calculations are unrealistic in many instances. New bonus structure top levels nearly impossible to obtain. Yearly raises are minimal and do not keep pace with inflation and cost of living increases. Lots of management staff are installed into their positions from Switzerland rather than hired locally, many do not have direct experience doing the actual work they oversee.

Pros

There are None. None what's so ever. I can't give you any.

Cons

This company is full of temp employees. And they don't care about their temp employees. Management doesn't listen when us temp employees voice our options about how to work better in the work place they just blow us off. This just isn't a very fun or friendly work environment. I just feel like they are using us as much as they can and don't care if we have families or a life outside work.. And this company is so unorganized it's ridiculous. And the system they are using is so jacked up it makes us hard to do our job.. So I m glad to be gone.. It's really a blessing not to have to deal with a poorly ran company.

Pros

Okay benefits, semi-flexible schedule, lots of pto

Cons

A wise man once said to me “isn’t it weird that we loose a lot of watchmakers to Rolex, but we don’t hire anyone from Rolex?” We are working two Saturdays a month, seemingly forever, because Richemont will not admit that starting salary is at least a decade out of touch and nobody wants to work here. It’s insulting that the analyst position starting salary is $10k over the watchmaker salary. Colleges all over the world are cranking out analytics people by the thousands. There’s maybe 100 watchmakers graduating from accredited programs annually. And you have the audacity to wonder why you can’t get quality people to live on the face of the sun?
