Pros
Management is full time employee. Staff discount is very good on some items, especially REXALL brand.
Cons
If you are not management you are most likely part time and shift times are all over the place. Labour hours are cut down to almost nothing. As store management you can realistically expect to work anywhere between 50-70 or more hours per week, though you are salaried and paid for 37.5 hours per week regardless. You are expected to be available all open hours every day of the week, so you may be scheduled to work only a 3 hour shift, or maybe only 10 hours in a week, that's just the way it is. As a part time employee you are expected to NOT have another job as this may interfere with the few hours you may get.
