Pros

None to think of.

Cons

Everything. Worst experience in a lifetime. No support for hours to run the business. Working minimum 60 hours in a week. Horrible upper management that run their stores like robots from computers and don't look at reality.

Pros

Staff discount and pension are good perks to employment as is the vacation entitlement. Staff in store becomes like family.

Cons

Revolving door of regional managers who have impossible demands for "productivity". Continually cutting hours in pharmacy which could easily lead to med errors but that appears not to be a concern. Lack of available technology to perform job well/easily. Hours lead to poor work/life balance and increased stress non-work life.
