      Pros

      -Good people -Not as stressful as other companies in same sector -Most stores you can run without having to put in too many hours over 40. -Upper management are nice and enganged and supportive

      Cons

      -Wages could be more competitive -Company focus is lacking and changes all the time. For example one week the bosses will all be looking for something specific, next week they don't care and its something else. -Constant labour cuts means management has to pick up slack -Private company so financials are not public (affects if you get your bonus) -Behind in technology compared to other retailers

      Pros

      Get to work with nice products. Really kind customers at my store. Team is fabulous. Location is beautiful too. Good operating hours. I never tried to, but easy to move up for younger people. They trained me from the bottom up. Got to go to beauty schools and take a course through them. Regular raises. Accommodated school.

      Cons

      Sometimes slow Not a lot of hours sometimes Shoplifters Understaffed perpetually Sometimes schedules come out late.

      Pros

      well for starters all my coworkers are great to work with, they are so nice and encouraging and very sweet to talk to. as well as the customers i meet and greet every time I'm on shift all very kind people.

      Cons

      not all shifts go as perfect as i want them to, which is expected in any job. sometimes i get really stressed with handling two jobs at once like, putting away stock while being up at front cash and have to be at two places at once, or you get rude customers and it affects your day.
