Pros
-Good people -Not as stressful as other companies in same sector -Most stores you can run without having to put in too many hours over 40. -Upper management are nice and enganged and supportive
Cons
-Wages could be more competitive -Company focus is lacking and changes all the time. For example one week the bosses will all be looking for something specific, next week they don't care and its something else. -Constant labour cuts means management has to pick up slack -Private company so financials are not public (affects if you get your bonus) -Behind in technology compared to other retailers
