Pros

It is an amazing company to work for. I have a medical condition that makes it hard for me to sit or stand for to long as well as lifting, all the staff that I work with are totally helpful with everything that I need :)

Cons

It gets a little slow at times, as we are a smaller store so there isn't a lot of traffic through the store most days.

Pros

The sense of teamwork and camaraderie is very prevalent in this company. They really care about their employee's circumstances and, as long as you are a reliable worker, they will try to accommodate your needs. There is plenty of room to grow within the company as well, I personally have gone from Part time Cashier to Full time Supervisor in a few short weeks, with a chance to move up to ASM soon.

Cons

It is a fast paced environment with a heavy work load, but if you can keep up, it is very rewarding.
