They really care about their employee's circumstances and, as long as you are a reliable worker, they will try to accommodate your needs. There is plenty of room to grow within the company as well, I personally have gone from Part time Cashier to Full time Supervisor in a few short weeks, with a chance to move up to ASM soon.
