Pros
There were no pros other than the discount. The discount is more generous than other companies. Work your own schedule as to the needs of the business.
Cons
Stores were dead. Some management lacked skills. Company seemed lost in the market. To many rollups to the DM in a day because they wanted unrealistic PFS numbers from Pharmacy, and wasting Frontshop hours to report by having to call stores for their numbers. Very little staff to choose from to get all daily tasks done. Because of the union rules and staffs seniority, you could not get your best people to work when you needed them.
