      Pros

      Competitive compensation, recent sale to McKesson will bring more opportunity to grow business.

      Cons

      Revolving door of staff at store level and head office. No interest to help the customer just meet the targets. No room for different thoughts or suggestions, you are thrown under the bus if you talk about any of the many issues that plague this company.

      Pros

      Good benefits as a full-time employee- any prescription is $5. Within the stores, if you have a lot of seniority you can apply for higher positions, which is also a downside as advancement is solely based on time worked for the company.

      Cons

      Head office is constantly looking to decrease employee hours to cut costs. While a full time employee is protected by a Union, it means there is significantly more work added to your plate as you additionally try to take on the jobs of part time employees.

      - Poor management - Poor job recruiting ( if they didn't really need me they could have just not hired me in the first place) - People from the head office are snobs they think some kind of Gods they don't even say hi to you - Unprofessional
