Flexible hours, able to book time off and they will work with you if there are specific days you are unable to work.

Cons

Very little training, first day I worked I was told how to do everything in the first 30 minutes and then left on the floor by myself. Manager is extremely unprofessional and blows hot and cold. Expected to know how to do everything without actually being shown how. Large staff turnover.

Very high stress levels. Head office constantly cutting staff hours but wanting more from the store. Would never recommend working for this company
