In store family are wonderful people . The company discount is very good. The benefits and pension are quite good ..

Cons

Upper Managers from Regional managers and up are machines with no regard for direct reports. They expect all Managers to abandon their families or what ever it takes to meet their goals.

A select few people are genuinely good, doubt they will last long.

Cons

If you have worked at Rexall, you have either been tormented or are the tormentor. That's the kind of work environment at the head office. No respect or appreciation for hard working employees, and no intention to change. Glad i am out of there.
